    Skirt steak is a cut of beef steak from the plate. It is long, flat, and prized for its flavor rather than tenderness. It's perfect for fajitas, Philly cheesesteak, pizzas, sandwiches as well as tacos, Chinese beef stir-fry, BBQ, and many more dishes.

  • Sirloin Steak

    Sirloin Steak

    The Sirloin i is first separated into the Top Sirloin Butt and Bottom Sirloin Butt. In the Top Sirlon you’ll find steaks great for grilling, while the Bottom Sirloin provides cuts like Tri-Tip and Sirloin Bavette, which are good for roasting or grilling.

    Flat Iron Steak

    This cut comes from the shoulder area and yields meat known for their rich, beefy flavor. The Flat Iron steak is a grill-ready cut, so turn on the BBQ!

  • Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip

    Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip

    The Sirloin is home to popular cuts but is first separated into the Top Sirloin Butt and Bottom Sirloin Butt. In the Top Sirlon you’ll find steaks great for grilling, while the Bottom Sirloin provides cuts like Tri-Tip and Sirloin Bavette, which are good for roasting or grilling.

  • Round Steak

    Round Steak

    Home to lean cuts that come from the rump and hind legs. The muscles in this area are used for movement, so the beef is leaner and less tender. Great for marinating and slow cooking.

    Ribeye Steak

    This cut is situated under the front section of the backbone and used primarily for support. Popular cuts from the Rib include the rich, flavorful Ribeye Steak perfect for grilling.

  • T-Bone Steak

    T-Bone Steak

    T-bone steaks are cut from the front section of the cow's short loin where the tenderloin narrows. Great for cooking over open flames, and a good candidate for your backyard grill.

    Tomahawk Steak

    This glorious cut of meat is actually a large ribeye steak that is specifically cut with about 8-12 inches of the rib bone “Frenched”, trimmed of fat and meat. The Tomahawk steak is extremely tender and buttery, and always provides that WOW factor!

    Tenderloin

    The area below the backbone is home to some of the most tender and popular cuts of beef, such as the Tenderloin, Strip Steak, T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks. Loin cuts are great prepared on the grill or under a broiler.

    Ground Beef

    No part of our cow goes to waste and even the burger is premium meat here at Trodaire. At 85% lean, our ground beef is conveniently packaged in either 1 lb packages or 1/4 lb patties. Perfect for burgers on the grill or a big pot of chili.

    We take the hassle out of finding friends and family to go in on a full cow. You can easily purchase a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or full beef from Trodaire Farms. The syndicate allows you to purchase the freshest meat available. We will notify you when your meat is processed, aged, packaged flash frozen and shipped right to your door!

    Do you want the freshest meat delivered straight to your door? At Trodaire, we small batch process our beef. That means we process the cows when they are ready to go, not when the market tells us to. What that means to you is every month, you will get fresh cuts of meat selected specifically for members only.

    Not ready to commit to a monthly membership? No problem! This option allows you to get assorted cuts of the freshest meat delivered right to your door on an individual basis. Packaged in Medium (15 lbs of beef) or Large boxes (20 lbs of beef), our staff picks the best variety of cuts to deliver fresh to your door.
